Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident ordering from Ascending Lifters. Eligible returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery through our online return portal.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in their original condition, and have the original tags attached.

Items marked final sale or otherwise identified as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage after delivery, missing tags, or other use inconsistent with trying on the item.

Return Shipping

For eligible U.S. returns and exchanges, Ascending Lifters provides one complimentary prepaid return label per eligible order.

If multiple return shipments are requested for the same order, additional return shipping charges may apply.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and the claim is approved, Ascending Lifters will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

Exchanges

Exchange availability depends on current product, size, and color availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, the return portal will show the available options for your order.

Approved exchanges ship by standard service at no additional charge.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact page with your order information and details about the issue so we can review your request.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and approved, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the credit to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges for upgraded shipping services, if any, are not refundable unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated by Ascending Lifters.

Fair Use

Our free-return policy is intended to help customers shop with confidence. We reserve the right to limit or decline return privileges in cases of suspected fraud, repeated excessive returns, return-label misuse, wardrobing, or other activity that reasonably appears abusive.
